Withdrawal, Return and Refund Policy for Online Purchases (EU)

In compliance with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the Italian Consumer Code, if you made a purchase through our website, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery, without providing any justification.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal:
- Send an explicit communication via email or through our contact form, clearly indicating:
  - your intention to withdraw from the contract;
  - your first and last name;
  - the order number;
  - the products you wish to return.
You may also use the standard EU withdrawal form (provided upon request), though it is not mandatory.
The 14-day period starts from the moment you or a third party designated by you (other than the courier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

Conditions for Accepting Returns

For the return to be valid:
- Products must be unused, undamaged, complete with tags and in their original packaging;
- Returns must be shipped within 14 days from the withdrawal communication;
- Return shipping costs (from the customer to us) are borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified or in the case of incorrect or defective products.
Returns of used, damaged products, those without original packaging or those received after the allowed period will not be accepted.

Refund

Once the returned product (or proof of shipment) is received, we will issue the refund within 14 days, including:
- The purchase price of the product;
- The standard shipping costs of the original order (any additional costs for express shipping or optional services are excluded).
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Return for Size, Model or Color Exchange

In case of a request to exchange an item, size, model or color, the following conditions apply:

  1. The customer must communicate the intention to return the item within 14 days from delivery and return the item following the standard return procedure.
  2. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  3. Once the item is received, we will ship the replacement product free of charge, subject to availability in stock.
  4. The exchange will be processed without additional shipping costs for sending the new item.
  5. If one or more of the requested replacement items are not available, we will proceed with a refund of the cost of the returned product only.

 Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- Personalized or custom-made products;
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery;
- Digital content supplied via download or streaming, once execution has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
