The sales contract is considered concluded at the moment the consumer receives the order confirmation from the seller, as provided for in Article 13 of Legislative Decree 70/2003.

The consumer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the receipt of the goods, pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, without any obligation to provide a reason. The conditions and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal are detailed in the specific “Returns, Withdrawal and Refund Policy”.

Products sold are covered by the warranties provided under Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code, which guarantee the conformity of goods to the contract for a period of 2 years from delivery.
