RETURN POLICY
Do you want to replace one or more items? You can request a refund or a size exchange. It is not possible to exchange for different items: in that case, you must request a refund and place a new order.
Return Instructions

Request return authorization by sending an email to info@cocorico.it within 10 days of receiving your order. The email must specify the full name of the order holder, order number, names of the items to be returned, and the type of compensation desired: size exchange or partial/full refund.
Refunds will be issued back to the card used for the purchase. If the customer chose cash on delivery, you must provide an IBAN for the refund transfer. -
Once the return is authorized, contact the BRT courier in your area to schedule a pickup (you can find branch contacts here: https://www.brt.it/it/servizio-clienti/ricerca-filiale). Returned items must be received at Cocco SRL’s headquarters within 10 days of the written authorization from the Returns Department.

Returns can be made free of charge within Italy using Bartolini courier, using the waybill and return forms that will be sent upon authorization; alternatively, you may ship at your own expense via any other method to:
